Not happy with your video? Email us within 30 days of your order with your order number. If something is wrong, for example a name said wrongly or a detail mistyped, we'll remake it once for free. If you'd rather have your money back, we refund you in full.

If something fails on our side and your video isn't delivered, we refund you in full automatically.
