These terms apply when you use jollyhello.com ("Jolly Hello", "we", "us"), which is run by App Business Ventures LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Personalised Santa videos and printable letters. You tell us about your child; we write a script from your answers, and an animated Santa character reads it in a video made for your child. You get the video as an MP4 file with a private share page, and the printable letter pack as a PDF if you add it. Our products are created with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). Each one is made for you and is unique, so results vary: two orders with the same details can come out differently.

Santa video: Videos are written, voiced and animated by AI from the details you give us. Every video is different, and the same details can give a different video each time. We can't promise a particular pronunciation, but we'll remake a video once for free if a name was said wrongly.

Your order and your content

• You must be at least 18 years old to order.
• You confirm that you have the right to share what you send us (names, stories, photos) and that it doesn't break anyone's rights or the law. Only upload photos of people who agreed to it, or of your own children.
• We may refuse or stop an order whose content is hateful, sexual, violent, threatening, defamatory or illegal, or that uses other people's trademarks or copyrighted material. If we refuse a paid order, we refund it.
• You keep any rights you have in what you send us. You give us permission to use it only to make, deliver and support your order.

What you get

When you've paid, you may use your product for personal, non-commercial purposes: keep it, give it as a gift, play it or show it at events, and share it on social media. Reselling it or using it in advertising needs our written permission. We don't claim that AI-made content can be registered for copyright.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include everything for digital products unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Promo codes can't be combined unless stated.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email and on your order page, usually within minutes. If something goes wrong on our side and we can't deliver, we refund you in full. Keep the link to your order page: anyone with it can open your order. Download links stay available for 30 days.

Limits

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: support@jollyhello.com.

Santa is a story

Our Santa is an animated character with an AI voice. The video is playful holiday fiction made for your family; it isn't a message from any real person or organisation, and Santa never promises a particular present.
